Terms and conditions

Please ensure that you have read and understood these Terms and Conditions before booking.  By booking a service you are agreeing that you have read, understood and will adhere to them.

Trainings and workshops

  • Children are welcome and are encouraged to join in but are the responsibility of the adult that they are with at all times.  If they are disruptive or get the dog worried, then you may be asked to leave.

  • Dogs must be always kept on lead unless specifically instructed otherwise by your trainer as part of the training session.

  • Lots of dogs require space.  Please do not allow your dog to approach other dogs unless specifically instructed otherwise by your trainer as part of the training session.  If your dog, or another dog, is barking or pulling to get to another dog, then please increase the distance between you and the other dog.

  • Please pick up all poo and take it with you to dispose of.

  • Please dress appropriately for the weather and time of year if your training is outdoor.  Classes will continue regardless of weather as long as it is safe to do so and no refunds will be given if you choose not to attend.

  • In the event that your dog is unwell, please reach out to the trainer, and consider postponing the session.

Payment policy

  • All appointments must be paid in full by the day of the training, or the day of the first training for packages.

  • Cancellations made more than two calendar days prior to booking will be rearranged for a mutually convenient time.

  • Cancellations made two or less calendar day prior to appointment will incur a twenty percent fee.

  • Cancellations made less than 6 hours before the training, and after 10pm the day before morning trainings will incur a full fee.

  • All packages of training have their own validity time, which must be respected. In the event of not being able to use all the services within the due time, contact us as early as possible to find an arrangement.

  • Refunds will be at the discretion of Puppies and Poppies.

  • No refunds will be given for any missed training. Missed classes may not be taken at a later date.
